Simplified Macaroni Bowl in Microwave

Ehllo, hello!  I'm back and try to update this blog again. Almost two  years of pandemic happened and it is still ongoing. I'm still good in shape as well as my family. During the pandemic i'm sure most of the people stay at home and doing some cooking or exercising. I do like cooking but there is some of time i don't feel so. Nowadays, i become friend with microwave. Not that i don't like stove but it just troublesome and lazy to do all the cleaning after cooking. And today, is a recipe i come out when i taste this snack cheese flavor sticks. Very cheesy~  at a same time, i'm kinda want to eat mac and cheese but those normal processed cheese slices doesn't give much flavor like mac and cheese. Therefore, why not put this cheesy stick to macaroni and microwave it? Why not give it a try?

Here is what i did:

All you need is 3 handful of macaroni(i run out of macaroni and have this in my pantry, not sure what it calls), some water, 40-50ml milk, 3 cheesy sticks, and a slice of processed cheese.

Ideally, soak the macaroni with water(just above the macaroni) for like 30min? Then put all the ingredients and microwave it. I don't have the time and just put into microwave 800w for 2-3mins. (*Be careful the water boiled and splatter out. Maybe don't do this.)

Then put all the ingredients into microwaveable bowl, covered it with lid or plastic wrap and microwave like 5mins. Add salt if needed. I add 1/8tsp of salt in this recipe. Taste it, give it a minute or so if you feel the macaroni still not al dente. And also, make sure is not overly dry. A little liquid or watery is fine. As it cool, it will thickened.

At the last picture you can see other thing in it, it just baby corn that i find in the fridge and adding it to my macaroni. Also, to add more depth to this macaroni, i add some garlic powder and yellow mustard in it. There's no specify measurement here, it just 'give it a go' feeling when doing this macaroni bowl.

Now, how's the taste? Acceptable but not this kind/brand of stick. Since, the snack is kind of a sweet and savory cheesy taste, when you add to this recipe the sugary taste a little overpower it. Likely recommend to use the salty and savory one. Will i make again? yes, but when i find a perfect cheesy snack first.
