Homemade mini Chocolate ganache tart

For the past few weeks, I had bought a kilo of chocolate and a liter of whipping cream to make a birthday cake for my brother's friend. After a few days, he tells me that the cake is canceled. I was like ... Huh, bought with such amount of ingredient and they end up in my fridge. Don't even know how to use such amount of chocolate, so I looked for some recipe. As the end result, I come up with this mini chocolate ganache tart.  This is actually quite simple. The crust is made from https://www.tastemade.com/videos/Confectioners-Cream-and-Strawberry-tartlets    (I replace 30g of flour to cocoa powder)  As for the filling, using the double-boiler method to melt 300g chopped semi-sweet / dark chocolate, 150ml whipping cream & 50g butter. Let it cool down to room temperature then pour into the tart crust. The top, I sprinkle some chopped toasted almond. It just optional. You can put anything you like. The more important here is that what you wish it to taste

Chizza from KFC

Newly launch product from KFC - Chizza. Before purchasing this, I have seen a lot of comment from Fb not from their official Fb website said that the Chizza doesn't taste good or the chicken is too small. Of course, from those comments, it definitely gives me some negative impression on this Chizza. Besides, i had once went to the store and tried to purchase it. Unfortunately, they run of stock. So, I thought I could just leave it.  But then a week after, a sudden calling from mum and asking me if I want to go shopping with her. Yes, was what I answered her. And.... Here it is, my review on this Chizza. Added a note, I actually quite curious about how small the chicken will be. I bought a set of Chizza (consist of fries and Pepsi) to home. (Man, those long line is making my hunger goes even berserk. Like it was my dinner but now is called supper.) Alright set aside my emotion, here is what the Chizza looks like. (I reheat a little after buying this to home so you

Shrimp Paste Fried Rice from I.F.C by Kim Gary & McFlury Party

Hello guys, it's been awhile. How are you today? Have you eaten today? Was it good? Well, as for me it was kinda... terrible. Why?  Hmm, let's start with my lunch today. First of all, I had visit I.F.C by Kim Gary today. It's pretty cozy there, quite a decent menu there. At there, I  ordered a plate of fried rice and a drink.  Ying Yang in Hong Kong Style (Cold)- Rm 3.10 Shrimp Paste Fried Rice- Rm 8.40 I was kinda disappointed tho. The fried rice has spam, egg, onion and some green onion it in and it smells very fragrance, in other words, it has the 'wok hei' (in Cantonese means the flavor comes from something stir fried from the wok with strong heat). Although, the fried rice is kinda dry. Luckily i got ordered a cup of Ying Yang so it balances the dryness from the fried rice.  *Ying Yang 鸳鸯奶茶 - a mix of milk tea and coffee. Until now, nothing has become terrible. It is now, i would continue my terrible experience... Can yo

Food Panda - Mookata 幸福锅

This is just a short review here.Trying to search food from the FoodPanda app. I've been searched for quite a long time and decided to order food from Poppo Canteen. For some reason, I can't order it. Maybe not available to my location. So, look through the restaurant again and the final decision falls to Mookata 幸福锅. There are a few things I wish to order but the budget problem and eating alone so I just stick to set option. So, I had ordered spicy minced pork rice set that come with their signature milk tea and little dessert (agar-agar) Spicy Minced Pork Rice set RM 19.90 First of all, the food delivered to me was cold. Not a slight of warm but I'm still ok with it since I ordered on a raining day. I wouldn't blame the delivery guy. The overall taste is okay. I bet it will be good when it is hot. The Thai milk tea (i guess) is delicious as well as the agar-agar (the purple I guess it made from the grape flavor of Fanta and the white one is coconut flavor
