Samyang Spicy Almond

Just a short diary that i saw and bought a pack of spicy almond from Samyang's brand. Once you open the packet, you definitely can see it is sure spicy as the red sauce cover all over the almond and the most importantly, the smell of the Samyang's specialty spicy sauce. Don't you look down on this almond. It is spicy and sweet, and nutty. The original sauce is really really good. Imagine that the sauce cover in noodle and it make it so yummy and spicy. Then to this nutty almond, it was like a further step leveling up to your taste bud. It taste so good!!! But, looking at the price, i'm may not purchase another one in a short while. The price is almost the same price as the noodle which is quite expensive to my opinion.  Overall: Taste: 10/10 Spiciness: 9/10 Repurchase: 50%

Samyang Chacharoni Stir Noodle?

Every time i went to the supermarket, i'll make sure to search and see if the SamYang Jajangmyeon available. Unfortunately, it still not available yet. However, same logo of samyang company, there is one look like jajangmyeon but on the package it says 'Chacharoni". Now this is confusing me. Is Jajangmyeon = Chacharoni?  Despite from the name, why is this package contain so much of English and Chinese words. Unlike the other popular's Samyang's product (just Korean words). i wonder, is this the fake brand or something imitate the Samyang's brand? Googling it, it seems is an old version of Samyang's product. Huh, i guess they made it internationally so that everyone can understand what the package said.   For an instant noodles, i am grateful that they provide this little flakes which there is something to chew or bite with. Not just plain old noodle and sauce. I had jajangmyeon before, it was from a delivery service (I forgot w

SAMYANG Korean Hot Chicken Spicy Ramen (MALA)

Lately, i've been seeing some youtubers eating Samyang's new product "Jjajangmyun". So. i try to search for such product and in the end i couldn't find it. It seems that the new product haven't introduce in M'sia or at least not in my area. Despite, there aren't sell suc product yet, so i try to look some 'special' instant noodle. And look what i found! Same company, Samyung but the 'Mala' version. Haven't heard it before nor see it any where. Thus, i buy it and try. I see the peppercorn icon there so i assume it is 麻辣 from the chinese word.    Same as other, it come with sauce and the flakes. The flakes contain dried cabbage, dried carrot, dried bak choy, texture vegetarian protein, dried oak mushroom. The noodle is the same, nothing particular. After following all that instruction, add some extra FRESH bak choy and soft boil egg. And wala! Delicious little bowl of ramen is waiting to stuff inside m

Trying to make Melon Pan

I have somewhere my heart want to make Melon Pan for so long. I just don't know why until now i haven't try to make it. Like there is a ton of recipe out there i can try.  Maybe because making a bread is time taking and difficult than i thought. For some reasons, my bread always turns out hard /chewy the next day. Freshly baked from the oven is soft and nice to eat, but never good the next day. Huh, making bread is hard, you know.  I challenge myself again, looking up some recipe and finally decide to make melon pan/ melon bread. The exterior of the bun resembles the melon pattern i guess. But, the actual bun does not contain melon fruit at all. It just a sweet bun with a sweet cookie like dough on top.  The recipe i make is from JUSTONECOOKBOOK  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uFUWTH-CXk8   I followed the exact steps and it turns out to this. The taste is good, sweet soft and has a crunch from the cookie dough on top of the bun after taken out from the o
