In early, I heard that in Singapore they have sold the Salted Egg Chips and it was hit. I am interested and want to try it so badly. But it was too hit tha make it harder to buy in M'sia. In case you don't know what is the salted egg looks like or don't know what it is, here I show you It could be in duck egg or chicken egg that soaked in the salty liquid. As a Chinese, there are several salted egg dish out there and it always a good combination with fried food. My favorite dish crispy salted egg yolk pumpkin. Or just boil the egg and eat it with plain no flavor porridge. Always taste good tho.And this is why when i saw the post/advertisement on the Fb, i am so eager to try it out. Every year before Chinese New Year, McDonald's seem likely to come out with the 'Prosperity Burger'' and this year, they even bring back the Red Bean McFlurry and Red Bean Pie.
