Refreshing Kimchi Somen [Cooking Alone]

I've been eating a lot these days, too much oil, salt, and fried food. So, I need to eat something refreshing and light in order to atone my guilty about eating unhealthy food.  Searching my fridge and see there is some leftover kimchi so I decided to make this kimchi but quite a little Kimichi Somen with some vegetable and meat. Ingredients: Somen Ground chicken breast Sweet peas Enoki mushroom Shiro dashi / Mentsuyu Tomatoes Kimchi Green spring onion Sesame seeds Seaweed Steps: 1. Cook the somen according to the packaging. Set aside. 2. Heat up the pan a 1tsp of oil, then cook the meat until well done. 3. Put the Enoki mushroom + sweet peas. Cook for 3min. 4. Then pour like 1/4 cup of Shiro dashi and cook for about 2min. 5. Pour the cooked ingredients to the somen and pile up the tomatoes+kimchi+green spring onion. 6. Sprinkle some of the sesame seeds and seaweed and serve. And of course, if you like a soupy/sauc
